The “buying season” has hit in full force.  Our inventory of homes for sale in the county is rising. Demand is tending to be price sensitive, with entry-level-priced homes selling most rapidly with first-time home buyers entering the market.  Homes priced above $650,000 are a taking a little more time to sell.  The average number of days homes are sitting on the market is down to an average of 47 days compared to 68 days at this time last year.
