I began my full-time real estate career in 1976 with the encouragement of my father who was a successful broker himself. That was over 34 years ago and I’ve never stopped learning, improving and appreciating my career choice in this field. I am passionate about each real estate transaction and give 100 percent of my attention to my clients. In 1988, with my wife and two children, we moved to San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast of California.

 

I have facilitated hundreds of homeowners in buying and selling properties, with great care and responsibility, accomplishing their goals. Through the years I’ve worked closely with home builders, probates, estates, income & commercial investments. I currently specializing in residential home sales including helping homeowners avoiding foreclosure, by assisting them with the more favorable Short Sale option.
