After escrow completed on our home in October 2015, I was so pleased with his work that I told our agent Ken Ardouin that I wanted to write a review about him and his services. Over the years and in different cities we have worked with about 6 agents to date, and Ken is by far the most professional and talented. What are words I can use to describe him? Some are: dedicated, industrious, timely, very knowledgeable, very intelligent, good-natured, friendly, good sense of humor, good listener, excellent communication. It was not surprising that we had 3 offers in the first 2 days of the listing, some at levels above the listing price. I have no doubt he does equally superlative work whether for sellers or buyers. In my opinion and experience he is undoubtedly one of the best real estate agents you will find.
